StitchDesk offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier is subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and higher usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to StitchDesk, including customer information, measurements, orders, and other content ("Your Data").
By uploading Your Data, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You must have proper consent to store customer personal information.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by StitchDesk and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STITCHDESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StitchDesk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StitchDesk regarding the Service.
